黄荆挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

为探讨中药黄荆挥发油的化学成分,以进一步揭示其药理作用,综合利用黄荆的药用价值,采用水蒸气蒸馏法从黄荆中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对黄荆挥发油的化学成分进行研究。结果显示:共分离到37个化合物,鉴定了其中的28个,占挥发油总量的96.722%。主要包括石竹烯(23.981%),s-(E,E)]-1-甲基-5-亚甲基-8-(1-甲基乙基)-1,6-环癸二烯(11.727%),1-甲基-4-(1-甲基乙烯基)-环己烯(7.992%),(E)-7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6,10-环癸三烯(7.651%)等。

Analysis of chemical composition of the essential oil from the Vitem negundo Linn.by GC-MS

In order to study Chinese medicine Vitem negundo Linn.in the chemical composition of essential oil,to further reveal its pharmacological effect,the comprehensive utilization of the medicinal value of Vitem negundo Linn.the essential oil was extracted from the Vitem negundo Linn.by steam distillation,and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC-MS.The result shows that 37 ingredients have been found,and 28 of them have been identified,accounting 96.722% of the total essential oil.The main chemical components of the Vitem negundo Linn.essential oil are： Caryophyllene（23.981%）,1,6-Cyclodecadiene,1-methyl-5-methylene-8-（1-methylethyl）-,s-（E,E）]-（11.727%）,Cyclohexene,1-methyl-4-（1-methylethylidene）-（7.992%）,1,6,10-Dodecatriene,7,11-dimethyl-3-methylene-,（E）-（7.651%）etc.
