摘    要:从形态解剖及生理方面研究了 PP_(333)对番茄株型、开花结实和果实产量及品质的影响。结果表明,PP_(333)对茎伸长有强烈的抑制作用,茎径增大,叶变小,叶色浓绿,株型结构紧凑。300ppmPP_(333)基本上不影响开花结果,但成熟期稍推迟,品质略下降。植株高度变低、茎变粗是由于细胞伸长受抑制,促进了细胞扩大;叶片减小是抑制细胞扩大的结果。叶绿素含量提高、光合速率增强、蒸腾速率稍有加强、呼吸速率下降等等变化表明 PP_(333)可在番茄栽培上应用。

Abstract:A more careful systematic study of paclobutrazol(PP_(333))from aspects of morphological,anatomical,as well as physiological effects on plant type,flowering and fruiting,fruit production and fruit quality of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)was conducted.Preliminery results on the mechanisms of some effects showed that PP_(333)strongly inhibited the elonga- tion of the stem,but increased the stem diameters.The leaves became small and dark green.The plant type entirely changed.With a concentration of 300ppm,no effect was found on flowering and fruiting,but prolonged fruit ripening and affected fruit quality.Shortening of plant height,coarse stem were the results of inhibited cell elongation and expansion of the cells. Small grown leaf was the result of inhibited cell enlargement.However,good results such increase of chlorophyll contents,increase in photosynthetic rate, increase in transpiration rate,and decrease in respiration rate proved that PP_(333)may utilized in tomato culture to promote good harvest.
