我国柞蚕(Antheraea pernyi)遗传育种研究进展

摘    要:柞蚕遗传学研究是新品种选育的前提和基础,品种改良是发展柞蚕业最经济有效的手段,柞蚕遗传学研究及新品种选育工作取得了显著成绩,在柞蚕生产发展上发挥了重要作用。作者概述了柞蚕部分性状的遗传学及育种学的研究概况及分子生物学技术在柞蚕种质资源方面的研究进展,论述了柞蚕遗传学及育种学今后应重点研究的内容。

Abstract:The genetic research of Antheraea pernyi is the premise and base for new variety breeding.And variety improvement is the most economic and most effective means to the development of Antheraea pernyi industry.Great significant achievements in Antheraea pernyi genetics and new variety breeding have been made,which has exerted important effects on Antheraea pernyi production.Authors summarized the advances in the heredity and breeding of some traits of Antheraea pernyi genetics and breeding,and in the use of molecular marker technology in Antheraea pernyi.Authors discussed and suggested the important aspects of Antheraea pernyi genetics and breeding in the future.
