摘    要:以辽宁绒山羊为父本,岢岚本地山羊为母本进行级进杂交,其F_1、F_2和F_3的产绒量随级进代数的提高而增加,周岁母羊分别比本地山羊提高103.68、121.30和139.13%

Abstract:Liaoning cashmere goats (♂ ♂) crossed with local goats (♀ ♀) at Kelan County.The undercoat weight increased as generation upgrading rose.compared with local goats, undercoat weight of yearling crossbreed in F_1、 F+2 and F_3 increased by 103.68%、121.30% and 139.13% (P<0.01), respectively, of adult increased by 126.59%、145.72% and 154.60% (P<0.01) respectively.Only undercoat weight of yearling crossbreed in F_4 increased by 49.33% (P<0.05).Cashmere density/cm~2, undercoat percentage, undercoat length and fibre diameter, all increased in varying degree as generation upgrading rose, while body weight decreased as generation upgrading rose.
