中美两国马里兰烟分级标准比较与分析

摘    要:美国生产种植马里兰烟的历史悠久,经验丰富,长期的实践证明对马里兰烟的工业应用是成功的。美国马里兰烟分级标准将颜色与部位结合分组,分级细致义不繁琐,较好体现了马里兰烟烟叶的特点,不仅有利于叶组配方和产品质量的稳定及控制,而且提高了烟叶的可用性。中国现行马里兰烟分级方法基本套用了白肋烟的国家分级标准,较为笼统,部分分级因素的定义不利于展现马里兰烟烟叶的特点,影响了工业的应用和未来的发展。因此,对于仍处发展初期的中国马里兰炯,其分级标准要向符合马里兰烟固有特点的方向引导,使其更具科学性合理性,也更符合生产实际。

Abstract:With long history and rich experience in producing Maryland tobacco, the United States have demonstrated their successful industrial application of Maryland tobacco. For standard grades of Maryland tobacco, the American combine color and leaf position in grouping neither roughly nor trivially numerous, which satisfactorily incarnate the characteristics of Maryland tobacco, therefor not only in favor of leaf groups blending and the stabilization and control of the product quality, but made for improvement of the usability of various leaves. The current grading methods for Maryland tobacco in China mostly applied mechanically the state grading standard for Burley tobacco, which is relatively rough and unfavourable for showing the characteristics of Maryland as well as industrial application and forthcoming development especially because of those definitions to some gradation factors. Hence, belonging to progressive stage in china, the standard grades for Maryland tobacco should be directed to meet build-in features of Maryland, make it more scientific and reasonable and conform to production reality as well.
