| 摘 要： | 农业是资源消耗型产业,因传统农业资源(养分、水、土地等)的日益短缺和枯竭,严重限制了农业的可持续发展潜力。根据农业生产的因子综合作用律,辨证考虑环境要素(温度、光照和二氧化碳气体等)和传统养分、水、土地等资源在农业生产中的协同关系,提出了通过强化环境要素提高传统农业资源的利用率,增强农业可持续发展能力的战略构想。设施农业是实现该构想主要途径,通过发展设施农业技术,可大幅度提高资源利用效率,实现资源替代,该构想不仅对增加农业效益、解决三农问题有益,也将为增强中国农业发展潜力和传统资源利用产生深远影响。
