| 摘 要： | 昔阳县水资源严重缺乏,已成为昔阳县经济发展的桎梏,因此发展水利消除经济发展的瓶颈已成为当前迫切需要解决的重要问题,而发展雨水集蓄利用这样的微型水利工程前景良好,它不仅可以带动农业经济发展的经济效益,而且还具有显著的生态效益和社会效益。
