智能农用车综合性能测试仪的设计

摘    要:利用计算机技术对农用车综合性能进行全自动检测,可大大提高农用车的安全和使用性能.为此,利用单片机技术对农用车转速、扭矩、油耗、制动力、轴重、功率等6项综合性能进行了实时测量;同时,介绍了系统硬件的基本组成和软件系统设计.试验结果表明,该检测系统精度高,检测误差均在5%以内.该测量仪已经在实际检测中推广应用.

Abstract:The efficiency and safety performance can be greatly improved by comprehensive performance automatically testing of the tractors. For the practicality, this paper introduces a way to test the rotate speed, braking torque, specific fuel consumption, the brake power, the axis weight and the power of tractor based on single-chip computer. This design included hardware structure and software system. Tests and experiments show that the system has a good precision. The tester has been applied in some practice.
