摘    要:职业教育分级制度改革是对构建现代职业教育体系的新探索、新实践。畜牧兽医专业是首批北京市职业教育分级制度改革的试验专业之一。本文以畜牧兽医专业职业教育分级制改革试验为例,介绍了“职业仓”构建、分级标准制定、职业岗位能力分析与入学条件、课相开发与教学设计、质量控制和评价等方面的改革成果。

Abstract:In the present study, four layer breeds involving HY-LINE VARIETY BROWN, JingBai 939, Suqin blue-eggshell chicken and Rugao yellow chicken were chosen to study the effect of breeds on the egg quality. The chickens were reared in cage. The egg quality was measured and the results were as follows: of the four breeds, the Suqin blue-eggshell chicken has the highest value of yolk percentage and percentage of yolk to albumin, while HY-LINE VARIETY BROWN has the lowest, and the difference was significant (P〈0. 01). The egg shape index of HY-LINE VARIETY BROWN was the smallest, while Rugao yellow chicken was the biggest vwith a significant differencer (P〈0. 05). The eggshell color of IingBai 939 was the lightest while HY-LINE VARIETY BROWN the darkest, and the difference was significant(P〈0.01). In the four breeds, Suqin blue-eggshell chicken has the highest value of VA, VE, cholesterol and lecithin content and the lowest content of moisture. The crude protein content and VE content of JingBai 939 was relatively lower. The crude fat and amino acid content of HY-LINE VARIETY BROWN were relatively lower, while the moisture content was the highest. In the four breeds, the Se content of Suqin blue-eggshell chicken was higher than that of Jingbai 939(P〈0. 05). P content of both j ingbai 939 and HY-LINE VARIETY BROWN was higher than that of Suqin blue-eggshell chicken and Rugao yellow chicken(P〈0.05). It can be seen that the chicken breeds have a certain influence on the general egg quality and nutrient content.
