摘    要:试验以芽孢杆菌和酵母菌为主的能快速分解利用猪粪尿的微生物菌株制成发酵剂,用其制作发酵床进行养猪,与传统(水泥圈)养猪进行比较。结果表明:以锯末为垫料的发酵床养猪,按1头/m2,完全能达到零排放要求;比传统(水泥圈)养猪日增重提高7.63%(P0.05),料重比降低2.14%(P0.05),屠宰率提高1.39%;猪肉品质及养猪效益均优于传统(水泥圈)养猪。

Abstract:With the bacillus subtilis and yeast of microbial strains and sawing wood mat made with the ecological fermentation bed raising pigs,comparing with the traditional pigs.The results showed that raise pigs in the ecological fermentation,1 head/m2,can achieve zero emisson requirements.Daily gain of pig increased 7.63%(P 0.05)than the traditional raising pigs.The feed conversion rat increased 2.14%(P0.05).The dressing percentage increased 7.63%(P 0.05).The meat guality and benefits superior the traditional raising pigs.
