鸡油菌菌丝体培养技术研究

摘    要:目的]为鸡油菌的驯化和推广提供理论依据。方法]野外采集鸡油菌,分别配制10种不同pH值和活性碳添加量的培养基对其进行培养,25℃连续培养45d,通过测定不同处理菌丝体的生物量,研究培养基pH值和活性碳添加量对鸡油菌菌丝体生长的影响。结果]培养基过酸、过碱都会抑制鸡油菌菌丝体生长,培养基pH值为6.0时,鸡油菌菌丝体干重最大,为40.3mg/瓶,增殖倍数为26.85倍;活性碳对鸡油菌菌丝体生长具有明显的促进作用,当培养基中活性碳含量为0.03%时,鸡油菌菌丝体干重最大,为65.7mg/瓶,增殖倍数为43.77倍。结论]鸡油菌生长的最适培养基pH值为6.0,活性碳添加量为0.03%。

Study on Culture Technology of Cantharelles cibarius Fr. Mycelium

Abstract:Objective]The study was to provide the theoretical basis for the domestication and spread of Cantharelles cibarius Fr.Method]C.cibarius were collected in the field,and they were cultured in 10 kinds of medium with different pH values and addition of active carbon at 25 ℃ for 45 d.The effects of pH value and addition of active carbon in the medium on growth of C.cibarius mycelium were studied by measuring the biomass of mycelium in different treatments.Results]The growth of C.cibarius mycelium was inhibited when the medium was overly acidic or basic.When the pH value of medium was 6.0,the dry weight of C.cibarius mycelium was the maximum,reaching 40.3 mg/bottle with the proliferation times of 26.85.The active carbon could obviously promote the growth of C.cibarius mycelium.When the content of active carbon in the medium was 0.03%,the dry weight of C.cibarius mycelium was the maximum,reaching 65.7 mg/bottle with the proliferation times of 43.77.Conclusion]The optimum medium for growth of C.cibarius was pH value of 6.0,addition of active carbon of 0.03%.
