| 摘 要： | 以石榴皮为原料，在进行单因素试验的基础上，对料液比、沉淀时间做了均匀设计试验，得到乙醇沉淀法提取石榴皮中多糖类化合物的非线性回归方程为：y=1.650—0．295x1-0．006x2＋0．103x1^2，进而获得最佳提取条件为：料液比1：5，沉淀时间2h，离心时间10min。

| Abstract: | Take the pomegranate pericarp as raw material, extracted polysaccharides compounds from it by ethanol precipitation method was studied. Uniform design experiment, chose the liquid ratio ： 1 ： 3, 1 ： 4, 1 ： 5. The result sare as follows, y = 1. 650 - 0. 295x1 - 0. 006x2 ＋ 0. 103x1^2, the best technical data： the liquid ratio 1：5, the settling time was 2h, the centrifugation time was 10 minutes. |
