滚筒式牧草干燥机性能研究

摘    要:为优化苜蓿干燥机结构参数,提高干燥机性能,在自行设计的滚筒式牧草干燥机上进行试验研究,得出喂入率、干燥温度和滚筒转速对其性能的影响,在喂入率为25~30kg·min-1,干燥温度为400℃,滚筒转速10r·min-1时,苜蓿最终含水率可达安全贮藏水分。研究还定量分析出各参数对干燥机性能指标的影响规律,得出不同温度下喂入率与最终含水率的数学模型,为确定合理干燥机结构和作业参数提供参考。

Abstract:In order to optimize the structure parameters and improve performance of rotary hay driera self-manufactured rotary hay drier was applied to study the effects of partial parameters, including input rate, drying temperature and rotary speed, on the performance of rotary hay drier. The results showed that the desired rotary hay drier with safety MC of 20% could be obtained when the drying parameters viz input rate was 25-30 kg·min-1, drying temperature was 400 ℃ and rotary speed was 10 r·min-1. Mathematic models were developed between input rate and finish moisture content by quantitatively analyzing the influence of different parameter on performance of dryer. The results are useful to determinate the rotary hay drier structure and operational parameters.
