电致生物效应与电场杀虫技术

摘    要:地下害虫对我国农业生产危害巨大.由于它们隐藏在地表以下,传统的防治方法效果并不理想.根据电致生物效应的基本原理,介绍了生物体细胞膜的不可逆电击穿过程,同时探讨了利用脉冲电场杀灭地下害虫的研究方法和步骤,以及相关参数的测量与计算方法.研究结果表明,杀虫效果不仅与电脉冲参数有关,而且与土壤电传导特性、地下害虫种类以及虫体发育情况有关.为此,提出一种可能替代化学农药、利用脉冲电场杀灭地下害虫的新方法.

Abstract:Underground pests are causing a great harm to the agriculture production of our country. Because they are hiding underground, the traditional preventive methods are not very effective. Based on the bio-electric effect, this paper introduces the irresistible electric-pierce process of the organism cells; In the meanwhile we discussed the research methods and routine of killing pests with pulsed electric field, the setting and calculation of the related parameters. Our research indicates that the pest-killing effects are not only affected by the electricity pulse parameters, but also by the electric conductivity of the soil, the sorts of the underground pests and the growth of the pests. This paper may raise a new method of using electric field as a substitute of pesticides to kill the underground pests.
