工会具有维护、建设、参与、教育四项基本职能。高校工会在构建和谐校园中, 应从发挥桥梁和纽带作用、履行维权职能与促进劳动关系和谐、推进学校民主政治建设、构建和谐互动的师生关系、开展寓教于乐的文体活动、探索构建和谐校园的新途径与新方法等方面发挥应有作用。
