ABT生根粉对楸树硬枝扦插生根率的影响研究

摘    要:为研究适合楸树硬枝扦插成活率与ABT生根粉溶液浓度和处理时间的关系,本试验将ABT生根粉1号配制成25 mg/L、50 mg/L和100 mg/L三种不同浓度的溶液,然后将楸树硬枝扦插插穗分别浸泡在不同浓度的ABT溶液中2h、4h、6h、12h、24h,统计成活生根率,试验数据表明100 mg/L ABT浸泡2~4h效果最好,50 mg/L ABT不同浸泡时间则均表现出较高的生根成活率。同时100 mg/L、200 mg/L、300 mg/L、400 mg/L、500 mg/L ABT生根粉1号溶液对插穗基部进行速蘸研究表明,300 mg/L ~500 mg/L ABT生根粉溶液显著提高楸树硬枝扦插成活率。

Study on the rooting rate effect by ABT of hardwood cutting of Catalpa bungei
Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the rooting rate of hardwood cutting of Catalpa bungei and the concentration and treatment time of ABT rooting powder solution,ABT rooting powder No.1 was confected into solutions of 25 mg/L,50 mg/L and 100 mg/L, then the hardwood cuttings of Catalpa bungei were soaked in ABT solution for 2h, 4h, 6h, 12h and 24h, and the rooting rate was calculated.The results showed that the suitable soaking time was 2~4 hours when the concentration of ABT was 100 mg/L ;and 50 mg/L ABT showed higher rooting rate at different time. At the same time, the hardwood cuttings of Catalpa bungei were dipped quickly in 100 mg/L,200 mg/L,300 mg/L,400 mg/L and 500 mg/L of ABT rooting powder No.1 solution respectively at base of cuttings,300 mg/L ~500 mg/L ABT rooting powder solution increased the rooting rate of hardwood cuttings of Catalpa Bungei significantly.
