资产证券化外部环境与对策探析

主要研究我国资产证券化中存在的外部环境问题, 浅析了应采取的相应对策。根据我国的现状, 主要从建立中央优先权益登记系统、选择合适我国的 SPV 系统、培育机构投资者、创新资产证券化产品和加强证券化产品的流动性等方面探讨改善我国资产证券化的外部环境。

Studies on External Environment of Asset Securitization

Based on the external environment problem which exists in China property negotiable securities, the paper briefly analyses the corresponding measure which should be adopted. According to the current status of our country, the thesis discusses the establishment of the central prior stork registration system, selecting spv system suitable for our country, cultivating institutional investors, creating asset securitization products and increasing liquidity of asset securitization products for improving the external environment of asset securiti- zation in our country.
