我国反垄断法适用除外制度评析

Comments on Exception System of Anti-Monopoly Law in China

The exception system is an important part of anti-monopoly law. Exception system has special significance in harmonizing monopoly and competition. Anti-monopoly law in China has regulated exception system which caters for special situations in china on the base of other country''s experiences; however, it has flaws in substantive law and procedure law. In order to administer anti-monopoly law effectively, the paper makes comments on the exception system of our anti-monopoly law and gives some suggestions on legislation and administration of law.
