我国农业法的政策目标

农业法的政策目标是国家农业政策在法律上的反映，研究农业法的政策目标对于完善农业法律体系、确立农业发展的优先目标、依法推动新农村建设具有重要意义。从国外来看，农业法的政策目标随着该国的政治、经济、社会条件的变化而变化。我国农业法的政策目标的确立也应该考虑这些因素，并应确立优先目标。就当前而言，我国农业法优先政策目标应该是保障粮食安全、增加农民收入、实现农业的可持续发展。

On the Political Target of Agricultural Law

The political target of agricultural law is the reflection of agricultural policy. It is important to build agricultural law system, to establish prior agricultural target and to propel newrural area forward. The political target of agricultural law changed with politics, economics and social conditionin other countries, and these experiences are useful to our country.
