| 摘 要： | 改善农民工的生存环境、解决农民工的社会保障问题是构建和谐社会的一个重要组成部分。文章通过对农民工社会保障的现状、存在的问题及其产生原因等方面进行了论述，并在此基础上提出了建立完善农民工社会保障的对策建议。
