| 摘 要： | Fowlicidins是鸡体内的一类新型的Cathelicidin抗菌肽,其前体分子的氨基端含有一个高度保守的cathelin前片段,而羧基端的氨基酸序列具有特异性。它们有广谱的抗菌活性,具有避免抗菌剂耐药性的潜能,是理想的候选抗菌药物。

| Abstract: | Fowlicidins are a family of cationic antimicrobial peptides characteristic of the cathelicidins, All precursors of Fowlicidins share a highly conserved cathelin domain in the C-terminal sequence,followed by a highly variable antimicrobial peptide domain. They exhibit a broad range of antimicrobial properties and are thought to be ideal therapeutic agents because of their potential ability to circumvent the problems of acquired resistance often observed with other antimicrobial therapies. |
