烟草赤星病对不同部位烟叶化学成分的影响

摘    要:在烤烟调制期分下二棚叶、腰叶、上二棚叶及顶叶4个部位,进行烟草赤星病Alternaria alternata(Fries)Kissler不同危害程度对烟叶化学成分的影响研究。结果表明,受赤星病的危害后,烤烟4个部位烟叶总糖、还原糖含量比同部位对照(0级病害)有减少趋势,总氮、蛋白质及烟碱比同部位对照增加。下二棚叶病害级别与总氮、蛋白质、烟碱含量呈极显著强正相关。腰叶病害级别与烟碱含量呈显著正相关,与总糖、还原糖含量呈显著负相关,与总氮、蛋白质、钾含量呈极显著强正相关,与氯含量呈极显著强负相关。上二棚叶病害级别与总糖含量呈显著负相关,与总氮、蛋白质含量呈极显著强正相关。顶叶病害级别与总糖、还原糖、氯含量呈显著负相关。

Abstract:Effects of tobacco spot disease with different dangerous degree were studied on tobacco chemical component of different part leaves, which included the 4- 7^th,8 -10^th, 11 -14^th and 15 -19^th leaves from the bottom up to the terminal of tobacco plants, during flue-cured tobacco modulated time. The result showed that total sugar and reducing sugar were cut down, total nitrogen, albumin and nicotine were increased by tobacco spot disease with ahy dangerous degree as compared with identical part leaves of 0 grade control. Total nitrogen, albumin and nicotine were extremely significant positive correlated to disease grade of the 4 -7^th leaves. The albumin was extremely significant positive correlation, total sugar and reducing sugar were significant negative correlation, total nitrogen, albumin and K were extremely significant positive correlation, Cl was significant negative correlated to disease grade of the 8 - 10^th leaves. The total sugar was significant negative correlation, total nitrogen, albumin and nicotine were extremely significant positive correlated to disease grade of the 11 - 14^th leaves. Total sugar, reducing sugar and C1 were significant negative correlated to disease grade of the 15 - 19^th leaves.
