中国指梗霉属Sclerospora分类研究

 本文报道指梗霉属Sclerospora中禾生指梗霉S. graminicola在国内新寄主植物和新分布,以及一新记录种法氏指梗霉S. farlowii,并讨论了本属分类变动问题。

Taxonomic Study on the Genus Sclerospora of China

The genus Sclerospora of Peronosporaceae was erected by Schroeter in 1879 based upon a fungus described by Saccardo as Protomyces graminicola and Peronospora graminicola. According to Shaw (1978) 9 species of this genus were transferred from Sclerospora into Peronosclerospora and only a single species was kept, Sclerospora graminicola (Sacc.) Schroet., the type species of the genus Sclerospora, also five species in which asexual reproductive structures are unknown remained in Sclerospora too.In this paper, a newly discovered known species of Sclerospora on Gramineae in China, the farlowii Griffiths is reported. This species parasitizes the ears of Deyeuxiap., and is distributed in Puwen, Jinghong, Yunnan province. In addition, a new host of S. graminicola have been recorded: Panicum miliaceum L. in Pingluo and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and other hosts distribution in China, have been reported in 7 provinces.The.specimen are deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of the Institute of Microbiol.ogy, Academia Sinica (HMAS), Beijing and the Mycological Herbarium of the Plant Pathology Institute of the Agricultural University of Yunnan (MHYAU), Kunming, China.
