采用湿冷与臭氧技术对翠冠梨保鲜的研究

摘    要:采用湿冷、臭氧技术与不同包装处理相结合的保鲜方法贮藏翠冠梨,并测定了相关的9个指标。测定的数据经SPSS16.0软件统计分析,同时采用双因素方差分析法进行显著性差异分析,评价了保鲜效果,筛选出最理想的保鲜方案并推广应用。

Abstract:In this study,humidicool,ozone technology and different packaging treatments are used to store Cuiguan pears (Pyrus pyrifolia Naka)i,and the rate of decay and other indicators are determined. The data is analyzed by statistical analysis software SPSS16.0. By two-factor analysis of variance, we evaluated the effect of preservation, and selected the best preservation treatments to promote.
