摘    要:以西洋梨品种丰产(Fertility)和安久(D’Anjou)的试管苗为试材,研究了培养基的组成成分及光暗培养条件对试管苗生根的影响。结果表明:在供试的3种基本培养基中,以1/4MS KNO3最佳;生长素IBA优于NAA;培养基中添加2%的蔗糖优于3%的蔗糖。最佳生根诱导培养基为1/4MS KNO3 0.3mg/LIBA 2%蔗糖,光培养或暗培养3天,生根率达80%以上。

Abstract:Effect of basic medium components and culture conditions (dark or light) on in vitro shoot rooting of pear (Pyrus communis L.) were studied.Results showed that the 1/4MS KNO_3 (1/4MS plus major inorganic element KNO_3) was the optimal for rooting of cultivars Fertility and D'Anjou in the tested 3 basic media, 1/4MS KNO_3,1/2MS and 1/4QL.The medium amended with IBA was better than that with NAA. As to the level of sugar added, the 2% was superior to the 3%. The 1/4MS KNO_3 + 0.3mg/L IBA + 2% sugar was the best medium for rooting, culture on which for 3d gave more than 80% of rooting rate.
