牡丹江地区白头翁营养器官比较及繁殖技术研究

目的]阐述牡丹江地区4种白头翁形态上的区别、分布、数量、开发潜力,并分析了兴安白头翁Puisatilla dahurica（Fisch.）Spreng.]营养器官的解剖结构,为开发和应用毛茛科植物不同种白头翁提供理论依据。方法]4种白头翁分别是白头翁Pulsatilla chinese（Bunge）Regel.]、朝鲜白头翁Pulsatill cemua（Thunb.）Bercht. et Opiz.]、兴安白头翁和重瓣白头翁Pulsatilla dahurica（Fisch.）Spreng. var. pleniflora Liery]。对兴安白头翁根、短缩的茎、叶进行了石蜡切片,并镜下观察和显微摄影。结果]在牡丹江地区,白头翁、朝鲜白头翁、兴安白头翁有一定的资源量,重瓣白头翁只在牡丹江的三道关有少量分布。兴安白头翁根、短缩的茎、叶都可以入药。白头翁、朝鲜白头翁、兴安白头翁均可以用种子和分根繁殖的方法进行繁殖。结论]从应用的角度出发,对牡丹江地区4种白头翁应采用采种相结合的方法保证其资源的利用,并对重瓣白头翁加以保护。
