螺旋藻多糖功能及应用的研究进展

摘    要:为进一步对螺旋藻进行有效的开发利用,探讨了螺旋藻多糖抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老及调节免疫力等功能的作用机制,并对其加工方法及应用的研究进展进行综述,分析了螺旋藻多糖在医疗保健食品方面存在的问题及发展方向。

Abstract:For effective development and utilization of spirulina,the mechanisms of spirulina alga fuctions were discussed including antivirus,antitumor,anti-aging and regulate immunity, the research progress of processing methods and its application were summarized,and the problems and development direction of spirulina alga in the field of medicine and health care food were analyzed.
