摘    要:为探讨检测土壤中砷和汞的新方法,采用王水一水体系进行消解,应用原子荧光光谱法对土壤样品中的砷和汞进行测定。结果表明:当砷的质量浓度处于0-100.0ng·mL^-1,汞的质量浓度处于0~2.0ng·mL^-1时,浓度与荧光强度均能呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9993,方法的检出限分别为0.260和0.022ng·mL^-1,将该方法用于不同土壤标准物质的测定,测定结果均在标准值允许范围内,RSD处于1.3%~3.5%,说明该方法线性范围宽,稳定性好,灵敏度高,准确度高,可广泛用于批量土样中砷和汞的测定。

Abstract:To explore new methods of determinating arsenic and mercury in soil, through atomic fluorescence spectrometry with aquafortis digestion, arsenic and mercury in soil samples were determinated. The results showed that good linear relationship when concentrations of arsenic was 0- 100 ng· mL^-1 and mercury was 0-2. 0 ng· mL^-1, the correlation coefficient were 0. 999 9 and 0. 999 3 respectively, the detection limits were 0. 260 and 0. 022 ng· mL^-1 , the method was used for the determination of arsenic and mercury in different soil standard materials, results were in the standard value range,RSD was 1.3%- 3.5%, that indicatd that the method had wide linear range,good stability,high sensitivity,high accuracy and it could be widely used for the determina- tion of arsenic and mercury in bulk soil samples.
