摘    要:为探索太子参适宜种植区域及合理选择种植材料,以3个引种地,2种种植材料为研究对象,通过测量太子参药材的外观性状及采用HPLC法、UV法检测药材质量,比较各引种地太子参的药材品质。结果表明:贵州贵阳(仅为块根种植)的太子参单个块根干重最高,为0.253 9 g,最低为贵州贵阳(种子种植);贵州施秉太子参药材的太子参环肽B含量最高,为0.024 4%,最低为山东嘉祥(仅为块根种植);云南石屏(仅为块根种植)的多糖含量最高,为68.68%,最低为贵州施秉;贵州施秉太子参药材的总氨基酸含量最高,为12.01%,最低为贵州贵阳(种子种植)。贵州施秉和贵阳有较适宜太子参生长的环境,种子种植的太子参可作为增加抗性、更新复壮的优良种质材料。

Quality Analysis of Pseudostellaria heterophylla Between the Origin and Introduced in Different Regions

Abstract:To select the suitable planting region and planting materials of Pseudostellaria heterophylla,the appearance and quality of P. heterophylla were determined by HPLC and UV method respectively. The results showed that dry weight of single root from Guiyang( root propagation) was the highest and it was the lowest from Guiyang ( seed propagation). The eontent of Pseudostellarin B from Shibing was the highest(0. 0244% ) and it was the lowest from Shandong Jiaxiang. The polysaeeharide content fi'om Yunnan Shiping was the highest(68.68% ) and it was the lowest from Guizhou Shibing. The content of total amino acids from Guizhon Shibing was the highest( 12.01% ) and it was the lowest from Guizhou Guiyang( seed propagation). The environment of Guiyang and Shibing was suitable to the growth of P. heterophylla. The planting materials of seed propagation was good planting materials lor increasing resistance , renewal and rejuvenation.
