摘    要:本研究以柠檬酸为酸化剂,选择269头29±1—59±1日龄的大约克夏和长白仔猪,分三次试验,分析了酸化饲粮对仔猪血清胰岛素、脂肪酶、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、血糖、总蛋白等六种生化指标的影响。结果表明,采食酸化饲粮后仔猪血清胰岛素浓度提高,脂肪酶活力下降(P>0.05),甘油三酯含量降低(P>0.05).游离脂肪酸含量降低(P<0.05),血糖浓度下降(P<0.05),总蛋白含量提高(P<0.01)。胰岛素浓度的提高进而使合成代谢加强是酸化饲粮促进仔猪生长的重要生化基础。

Abstract:The studies involving 269 Large york-Shire and Landrace piglets(29±l-59±1 d of age) were conducted to investgate the effect ofacidification diet on six blood biochemical indexes ( serum insulin, lipase, triglyceride,free fatty acid, serum sugar, tatal serum protein)of piglets. The acidifier was citric acid. There were 3 experiments in the studies. The results showed that the serum insulin concentrations increased The lipase activity decreased (P>0. 05). The. triglyceride content decreased (p>0. 05).the free fatry acids decreased(P<0. 05),the ser an augars decreased (p<0. 05)and the. tatal serum protein increased (P<0.01)in blood of the piglets afte leeding acidifioation diets. The insulin concentration increased enhance synthetic metabolism. this was the biochemical basis of acidifioation diets promoting growth of piglets.
