| 摘 要： | CL-415水陆两栖飞机是专门为扑救森林火灾而开发设计的,其灭火性能优越.云南复杂的地形特点以及特殊的地理位置,导致火灾预防扑救困难,需要提高航空消防能力,有必要引进大型灭火飞机.文章从飞机性能、技术条件和云南的水源条件几方面论述云南林区引进CL-415大型灭火飞机的可行性.

| Abstract: | CL-415 amphibious aircraft is a special design for extinguishing forest fire with super fire extinguishment nature.Owning to Yunnan's complicated topographic characteristics and special geographic location,it leads to difficulties in fire precaution and putting out.Thus it is necessary for introducing large-size aircrafts to improve the fire prevention ability by aviation.The paper elaborates the feasibility on introducing CL-415 large-size aircrafts for extinguishing fire in forest area of Yunnan from the aspects in natural capacity of aircraft,technique condition and water source and etc. |
