全架式大功率轮式拖拉机的研制

摘    要:为了适应我国农业机械化发展形势的需要,研制了功率分别为118 kW和132 kW的KAT1604/1804型轮式拖拉机。其主要结构和技术特点是,采用全架式结构和模块化设计,行走传动系统和PTO系统分置,液压悬挂系统功能强,提升器的最大提升力达到36 kN。该系列拖拉机的成功研制,丰富了我国大功率拖拉机的产品类型,并为更大功率拖拉机的研制提供了可靠的平台。

Abstract:In order to meet the development needs of agricultural mechanization in China,KAT1604/1804 wheeled tractors with the power of 118 kW and 132 kW were developed.Both the entire rack construction,the modular design and travel driving system,the PTO system mounted cylinder are adopted,the hydraulic suspension system has important function.The biggest lifting capacity of the hoister can achieve 36 kN.The successful development of the series tractors had enriched the type with high power,and it also provided the reliable platform for the high power tractors.
