摘    要:以三七为主要原料,通过提取得到三七的有效成分,采用正交试验方法设计试验,对影响饮料品质的各种因素进行研究,确定最佳配方,研制出了一种风味、色泽、口感均佳,并具有一定保健功能的新型饮料。

Abstract:Using NotoginsengPanax notoginseng(Burk) F.H.Chen] as the main raw material,Notoginseng active ingredients were extracted,orthogonal designed experiment was used,the various factors affecting the quality of beverage were studied,the best formula was determined,a new beverage of flavor,color and good taste with a certain health function were developed.
