摘    要:以大豆子叶节为外植体,采用农杆菌介导法将目的基因Cry1Ac导入大豆中。结果表明,卡那霉素抗性植株经PCR检测,初步证明外源基因Cry1Ac已经整合到大豆基因组中,并从灭菌方法、6-BA对出芽率的影响、大豆基因型、卡那霉素筛选方式及选择压力等方面优化了大豆植株再生体系。

Abstract:In this research,Cry1Ac gene was transformed into cotyledonary node of soybean via Agrobacterium-mediated method.The regenerated plants which were resistant to kanamycin,were examined by PCR.The results showed that the target gene had been transformed into soybean varities.The regeneration system from sterilization methods was optimized,from the aspects of the effect of 6-BA on shoot inducement,the genotype of soybean,the selective method and the concentration of kanamycin.
