| 摘 要： | 利用高脂饲料建立实验小鼠模型,然后灌胃不同剂量的红松仁蛋白,4周后检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量.结果表明,红松仁蛋白能明显降低肥胖小鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C的含量,升高HDL-C的含量,红松仁蛋白对肥胖小鼠具有降血脂的作用.

| Abstract: | A model of fat mice was established in order to study the effect of protein in Korean pine nuts on the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in the serum of fat mice fed with the fodder with plenty of grease.After four weeks,three groups of fat mice were fed Korean pine nuts.The concentrations of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in fat mice's serum were examined.Results show that the Korean pine nut protein could markedly reduc... |
