| 摘 要： | 采用饮水法给予不同剂量的新城疫活疫苗对雏鸡进行免疫,探讨饮水免疫法在雏鸡首免中的可行性。结果表明,雏鸡母源抗体在9日龄达峰值,饮水法效果较滴鼻、点眼法差。

| Abstract: | Maternal antibody in broiler was monitored to determine the best day-age of the ND first immunization. Different doses of ND vaccine were given to immunize the broilers by drinking water. Then,the level of ND antibody was monitored,ND high poison virus epidemic strain was injected to examine the protective rate,and the feasibility of the method was discussed. The result showed that maternal antibody reach to the peak on 9 day-old,and under 4log2 when 14 day-old. The immune effect is worse than that of administration via eye-and-nose-drop. So,ND first immunization by drinking water administration was not advised. |
