秸秆膨化颗粒饲料生产工艺的研究

摘    要:文章根据秸秆的利用现状以及畜牧业的要求,讨论了秸秆膨化颗粒饲料加工中的配方和工艺因素。研究表明,秸秆的膨化有助于物料的变性,能提高秸秆中的有用物质特别是粗纤维的吸收率;秸秆的颗粒化,有利于秸秆的充分利用,但是必须以谷物料原料作为粘结材料;秸秆的细化程度为16目、水分含量为35%-38%、秸秆干重含量为14%时,膨化效率较高;膨化后的颗粒饲料,有较好的抗压强度,有利于贮藏运输以及商品经营。

Abstract:According to the making use of straw and the requirement of stockbreeding, the techniques factors are discussed in this article. The experimentation was making-know: the expand- ing of straw make for it denaturalization, and it can improve the assimilating rate of usefulness substance in the straw, the thick fibre is marked; The grain of straw is favorable for it is used sufficiently, but it have to use the grain material to felt straw; When it is comminuted to 16 mesh, moisture 35%~38%, straw 14%, the Expanding effect is preferably; After expanding, It' s pressure intensity is higher, and it is propitious to store, transport and distribution.
