新疆规模奶牛场高发疫病的流行病学调查

为了查明新疆规模化奶牛场高发疫病的流行现状，本研究采用流行病学调查问卷和血清学检测方法对规模化奶牛场的疫病发生、危害和技术认知情况进行调查。调查结果表明，犊牛肺炎、腹泻，成母牛流产、产死胎等繁殖障碍发病率较高；未免疫牛群中奶牛传染性鼻气管炎、牛病毒性腹泻、牛呼吸道合胞体病毒病、副流感病毒病、牛支原体感染等疫病的感染率较高。为了给消费者提供一个安全健康的奶源，必须加强上述疫病的监测及实验室诊断工作，制定一套针对性强、科学有效的疫病防控措施。

Epidemiological Investigation on High Incidence of the Disease on Large-scale Dairy Farms in Xinjiang

In order to find out the epidemic situation of the high incidence of diseases on large-scale dairy farm in Xinjiang, epidemiological questionnaire and serological detection methods were used in this article, the incidence of diseases, damage, and cognitive situation of large-scale dairy farm were investigated. The survey results indicated the incidence of the calf pneumonia, diarrhea, and the cow abortion and stillbirth as well as other breeding difficulity diseases were higher. The rate of bovine rhinotracheitis, bovine viral diarrhea-mucosal, bovine respiratory syncytial, parainfluenza virus and Mycoplasma boris were higher in pre-immune dairy herd. We should set down a suit of scientific and effective measure to prevent and control these infectious diseases, and strengthen the lab diagnosis and survey, and provide safe and healthy dairy products to consumers.
