小麦品种根细胞透性与抗赤霉病性关系的初步研究

摘    要:赤霉病菌粗毒素能使小麦根细胞透性增加,其增加程度与小麦品种对赤霉病抗性强弱有关。抗性强的增加程度小。因此,根细胞透性可作为小麦品种抗赤霉病的一个生理指标。

Abstract:The relationship between permeability of wheat root cells and rough toxinof scab was studied. It was found that the toxic effect of scab fungus increased thepermeability of root cells of wheat. The degree of the effect on host was associated withthe resistance of wheat varieties to scab. It is suggested that the change of permeabilityof root cells can be used as a physiological criterion in assessment of scab resistance.
