抗鸡新城疫复方中药制剂药理作用与临床试验研究

摘    要:对山茶叶、轮叶党参、卵叶芍药、苦味西葫芦、狼毒大戟5种中草药的提取物进行了体外、体内抗鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)筛选,并对以山茶叶、黄芪等组成的复方中药制剂进行了抗病毒效果评价与药理作用研究及临床治疗试验。结果表明:山茶叶抗NDV作用较强,其对NDV的灭活率和抑制率分别为56.14%和58.59%,由山茶叶、黄芪等组成的复方中药制剂对NDV的灭活率和抑制率分别为59.19%和67.5%。抗病毒效果明显优于单方的山茶叶和对照药物黄连,对NDV50%(IC50)抑制浓度为1:610.5,说明其有较强的抗病毒作用,对鸡大肠杆菌耐药菌株、鸡沙门氏茵耐药菌株、金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌株、鸡霉形体有抑制作用。可明显增强机体免疫力。

Abstract:The extract of Cassia nomame ( sieb.) Honda, Codonopsis lanaceolata benth. et Hook, Paeo-nia obovata Maxim, Cucurbita pepocv Dayangua and Euphorbia fisheriana Steud were screened on anti-NDV action in vivo and vitro. The composite composed of Cassia nomame (sieb.) Honda and Astragalus mongholicus Bunge was evaluated from its and virus efiect, pharmacological action and preclinical experiment . The results showed that the extract of Cassia nomame (sieb.) honda was prior to other extracts, its inhibition rate and inactivation rate were 56.14% and 58.59% respectively, and its composite's in-activation rate and inhibition rate were 59.19% and 67.5% , overmatching its control group Cassia nomame (Sieb. ) Honda and Jeffersonia dubia Benth. Its IC50 was 1 :610.5, indicating the efiect of anti-NDV was quite obvious. It could inhibit drug-resistant trains of Escherichia coli, Salmonella gallinarum, Staphylococcus aureus and Mycoplasma gallinarum, and improve poultry's immunity apparently. The preclinical treatment was more effective.
