悬浮填料对反应器处理效果影响的中试研究

针对投加悬浮填料强化西南某污水处理厂工艺进行了中试实验研究，分析填料投加对出水水质的影响，重点观察总氮、氨氮、总磷的去除效果。结果表明：在中试进水流量为300.44~305.55m3/d、进水碳源严重不足、水力停留时间为6.43h、污泥龄3.34d的条件下，出水CODcr、BOD5、SS、总氮、氨氮的均值分别为16.40、2.19、5.56、12.27、1.89mg/L，均达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级A标准，出水总磷均值为0.84mg/L，达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级B标准。

A Pilot Research on the Effect of Suspended Carrier on Reactor's Purifying Effect

The Pilot research is about to adding suspended carrier to strengthen the wastewater treatment process of a sewage treatment plant in southwest region，and analysis the influence of carrier on the water quality of effluent，especially the removal effect of TN、NH4+-N、TP。The results shows that，when the influent flow is 300.44~305.55m3/d and severe shortages of carbon source，HRT is 6.43h，SRT is 3.34d，the effluent concentration of CODcr、BOD5、SS、TN、NH4+-N are 16.40、2.19、5.56、12.27、1.89mg/L，meet I-A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).And the effluent concentration of TP is 0.84mg/L, meet I-B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).
