网络化的水电工程分包商选择与优化模型

摘    要:工程总承包模式在我国工程建设领域得到大力推广。工程总承包商选取最优的分包商可以充分利用各方优势资源,最终顺利实现工程项目总目标。通过将水电工程项目结构分解,将各子项目与候选分包商分布网络化,选取影响选择分包商的主要评价指标因素,突破对单一标段分包商选择的传统评标法,构建了选择分包商的多目标优化模型。利用遗传算法,从已构建的分包商库中选取最优的分包商,能达到分包商选择方案的最优化。最后,引用算例证实了网络化的水电工程分包商选择与优化模型的有效性。

Selection of Sub-contractors and Optimization Model in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project Structures
Abstract:General contracting model has been vigorously promoted in the construction field in China. The general contractor of the project is to select the best subcontractors which can make full use of all advantages of resources, and ultimately realize the project objectives smoothly. Through structural decomposition of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and distribution grid of each subproject candidate subcontractors, select the main evaluation factors influence the choice of subcontractors,breakthrough the traditional bid evaluation which to select single tender subcontractors to build a multi-objective optimization model select subcontractors. Using genetic algorithm to select the best subcontractors from the subcontractors library building, can achieve optimization options subcontractors. Finally, citing examples confirm the validity of the network of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering subcontractor selection and optimization model.
