| 摘 要： | 微生物性植酸酶或天然植酸酶可以改善猪对饲粮中植酸盐的水解，提高植酸磷的利用率，降低粪磷排出量，减少环境污染。同时促进饲粮中其他养分的吸收及利用。本文综述了近年来这一研究领域的最新进展。

| Abstract: | Microbial phytase or natural occurring phytase in feeds may improve the hydrolysis of phytate in pig diets and increase the availability of phytate phosphorus(P),and simultaniously decrease the amount of P excreted in manure,which results in less P pollution to the environment,The absorption and utilization of the other nutrients in diets may also be improved by phytase supplementation.The latest advances on phytilse research in pig nutrition was reviewed. |
