摘    要:进行了不同醛化方法制备的红细胞对新城疫的血凝(HA)影响试验。结果表明:2种红细胞在新城疫HA试验中的结果基本一致;而且用PBS液和生理盐水作稀释液的试验结果也基本一致。

Abstract:Verdure erythrocytes were used in HA and HI test with traditional method,but it was not convenient because of its fragmentation,short time conservation and temporary prepared every time.In this article HA test of NDV with aldehydated erythrocyte was discussed,compared with verdure erythrocyte.The results showed that the conclusions were almost consistent in HA tests with two erythrocytes.PBS was always used as thinner in minim Hemagglutination Tests with traditional method,but the pH was highly requested with PBS.Compared PBS with physiological saline solution,the result was almost identical.
