高压共轨喷油器电磁阀仿真分析研究

摘    要:运用AMEsim软件建立了高压共轨的电磁阀的模型,并对模型进行分析求解。得到了电磁阀驱动电压、线圈匝数、弹簧刚度、衔铁质量等参数对电磁阀响应特性的影响趋势,得出了一些重要的理论分析结论,为电磁铁设计提供依据,对电磁阀的开发和研制有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The simulation model of solenoid valve for high pressure common rail injector is established with AMEsim,and then the model is analyzed and solved.The effect factors to the response of the armature in solenoid valve are drive voltage,circle number of solenoid,spring rate,armature mass,etc.All the trends of factors are analyzed in detail,and these can give some references to design,development,and manufacture of solenoid valve.
