摘    要:为了探索采用菊花杆为主料种植白参菌的可行性,设置了3个配方和1个对照进行栽培试验,并采取两头开口和脱袋周身出菇2种出菇方式,结果表明配方1采取脱袋出菇方式的白参菌子实体产量及生物学效率最高,生物学效率高达41%,仅次于CK的42%,与其余各配方相比,配方1为较好的白参菌栽培料配方。

Study on Using the Substrates of Chrysanthemum Stem to Cultivate Schizophyllum commune Fr.

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of cultivating Schizophyllum commune Fr. using chrysanthemum stem as main material,three formulas and a control test were formulated to carry out the cultivation experiment of Schizophyllum commune taking two ways of open-ended and no-bag for studying its fruiting. The results showed that formula 1 with no-bag fruiting was the best way,and using this way the yield of fruitbody and biological efficiency of Sdchizophyllum commune Fr. was highest. The biological efficiency was 41% after the CK( 42%). Formula 1 was the best formula compared with the rest of the formulas.
