吉林省农业发展的问题与对策研究

针对吉林省农业发展过程中出现的农民增收滞缓、农村发展功能微弱、农业增长能力下降的现实．分析了这种情况产生的原因是农业经营主体尚未成熟、农业发展的思路不适应环境的变化、政府对农业扶持的力度满足不了农业发展的要求。提出了吉林省农业发展的关键在于明确农业经营目标，转变政府职能、改善农业与农村经营环境，推动农业经营主体成熟。

A Study of Problems in Agricultural Development of Jilin Province and Their Countermeasures

As far as the statue quo is that are peasants' increasing incomes slowly, the function the country develops weakly, the reality that the ability of agriculture's increase reduces concerned, this article analyses the causes that agricultural management body don't adjust to the changes of agricultural management environment. At the same, this article also puts forward the keys of Jilin's agricultural development that are making clear the objects of management, changing the function of the government, improving the management's environment of the agriculture and the country. Finally the article promotes the mature of the body of agricultural management.
