大庆外围油田电热管单管通球工艺现场试验

电热管集油工艺是严寒地区低产油田实现单管集油、简化工艺、降低投资的一种有效技术措施,大庆外围油田某区块的10口油井采用了电热管单管通球工艺.采用电热保温管道配合单管通球的集油工艺,在不启用井口电加热器的情况下,利用油井进行单管通球试验,探索原油集输系统优化地面工艺、降低投资的新途径.通过对电热管配套单管通球工艺集油流程进行现场跟踪测试,对通球方式和流程、通球效果的实用性进行评价,认为电热管配套单井通球集油工艺在大庆外围油田虽然可行,但收球时间不便掌控,管理困难;通过长期开展电热管单管不通球集油试验,判定电热管单管集油工艺流程不用通球,可正常运行.

Field test of single-pipe pigging in electric heating pipe in Daqing Peripheral Oilfields

For the low stripper field in severe cold areas,oil gathering with electric heating pipe is an effective measure to realize single-pipe oil gathering,simple in process and low in cost,the electric heating pipe single-pipe＇s pigging method is adopted in 10 wells in a Block of Daqing peripheral oilfield.Insulated electric heating pipe together with single-pipe oil gathering and pigging process is used,single-pipe pigging tests are carried out in these pipelines to explore a new way to optimize ground process and reduce cost for crude gathering system without electric heating at the wellhead.Through tracking test in field on the oil gathering process of electric heating pipe combined with single-pipe pigging method,the mode and process of pigging,and practicability of pigging are evaluated,which shows that although the oil gathering process of electric heating pipe combined with single-pipe pigging method is feasible in Daqing Peripheral Oilfield,it is difficult to control and manage the receiving time of the pig.Through a long-time test of electric heating with no-pigging in single-pipe,it is found out that the process of single-pipe oil gathering in electric heating pipe can be operated normally without pigging.（2 Tables,10 Figure,4 References）
