摘    要:随着我国石油资源对外依存度的逐年增加,建立完善的战略石油储备已经成为当务之急.针对盐穴型战略储油库储存运行的关键技术,结合盐岩力学特性和我国地质状况,对战略储油库造腔设计、建腔参数选择、运行参数确定以及影响储油库稳定性因素等问题进行了详细分析.研究结果表明:当储油库安全运行时,注采速率不超过4.5 m/s,并确保运行压力符合储油库的最大内压准则;溶腔内流体的热压膨胀对战略储油库前期运行安全影响较大,在长期稳定储油后,容易造成储油库内压增大,导致储存原油发生泄漏,在储油库安全运行时应尤为重视.研究成果可为今后我国盐穴战略储油库工程实践提供理论依据和技术支持.(表1,图2,参14)

Abstract:As China is more and more dependent on petroleum import year by year, it is an urgent need to keep sufficient strategic petroleum reserve. Based on the key technology of storage and operation of salt cavern strategic oil reserve, this paper analyzes the design and parameter selection of cavern building of strategic oil reserve, selection of operation parameters and factors affecting the stability of oil reserve in detail, based on the mechanical properties of salt rock and geological conditions in China. The result shows that when the oil reserve operates safely, injecting-production rate should be under 4.5 m/s and the operating pressure must be accord with the principle of the highest internal pressure of oil reserve, hot-pressing expansion of fluid in cavern has a large influence on earlier stage operation of strategic oil reserve and after long term stable storage, which can cause the increase of internal pressure and crude oil leakage of reserve. And this issue must be paid special attention during the operation ofoil storage. The research results can provide a theoretical basis and technical support to the engineering practice of salt cavern strategic oil reserve in the future. (1 Table, 2 Figures, 14 References)
