摘    要:在金柑果实着色初期喷施不同浓度的乙烯利处理,结果表明,40%乙烯利水剂200-400 mg.L-1处理均能促进金柑果实脱绿转色,但对果实风味及可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、还原糖、VC含量等指标没有显著改善作用;喷施≥600 mg.L-1乙烯利则出现严重落叶、落果。生产中可在果实着色初期以200-400 mg.L-1喷施,用于改善外观品质。

Abstract:Spraying different concentrations of ethephon on kumquat in the early period of fruit coloration,the results showed that spraying 200-400 mg·L-1 of 40% ethephon agent could promote the kumquat fruit off the green to yellow.But there is no significant effect on improving fruit flavor and the quality indicators,such as soluble solids,titration acid,reducing sugars,content of vitamin C.There would be severe defoliation and abscission of fruits when the concentration of ethephon was no less than 600 mg·L-1.By spraying 200-400 mg·L-1 of 40% ethephon agent in the early period of fruit coloration could improve the appearance quality of kumquat fruits.
